Rockstar says the Ultimate Edition “amplifies this experience with an exclusive collection of premium vehicles, weapons, apparel, and action” threaded across Jason and Lucia’s story. Exact contents beyond that are not officially itemized.
On pricing: these are Rockstar's own figures, stated in the June 24, 2026 press release announcing pre-orders — US dollars, before tax. Note that they do not appear on the Newswire post or on rockstargames.com/VI, which is why they were widely reported as unofficial for longer than they actually were. Grand Theft Auto VI launches November 19, 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. No PS4, Xbox One, or PC version has been announced at launch.
Pre-loading is available from November 12, 2026 for both digital and physical pre-orders, ahead of the November 19 release.
The Ultimate Edition is the Standard Edition plus an exclusive collection Rockstar itemises on its site: premium vehicles, weapons and outfits, single-player businesses, and side activities. If those extras appeal to you it is $20 more; otherwise the Standard Edition is the complete game.
