GTA 6: Everything We Know, Four Months Out
Release date, regions, characters, vehicles, weapons — the state of all confirmed knowledge as launch approaches.
With four months until November 19, the confirmed picture of Grand Theft Auto VI is unusually complete for a Rockstar game at this stage.
The setting is the state of Leonida, and Rockstar has officially named six regions: Vice City, the Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia and Mount Kalaga. The protagonists are Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, both given written biographies on Rockstar’s own site, alongside seven named supporting characters — Cal Hampton, Boobie Ike, Dre’Quan Priest, Brian Heder, Raul Bautista, and Real Dimez’s Bae-Luxe and Roxy.
The commercial picture is settled too: $79.99 standard, $99.99 Ultimate, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, pre-orders open since June 25, pre-loading from November 12, and a physical release that is a download code in a box. The game is described by Rockstar as a single-player experience and is not yet rated.
This database currently tracks 185 identified vehicles, 41 weapons, 67 locations and 19 characters, each tagged by evidence tier — officially confirmed versus leak-derived or rumored. That distinction is the point: a large share of what circulates as GTA 6 "information" traces to the 2022 breach or to invention, and we keep it separated rather than blended.
Still unknown, and worth stating plainly: mission structure, the soundtrack and radio stations, anything about online play, the install size, an ESRB rating, whether a third trailer is coming, and whether a PC version exists at all — Rockstar has never acknowledged one.
